Our veterinary dental professionals are passionate about pets and obsessed with oral health. With a blend of clinical experience, ongoing training, and genuine love for animals, we provide the kind of care we’d want for our own pets.

Whether it’s preventing disease, relieving pain, or just helping your pet feel their best again, we’re here to make it happen—with empathy, clarity, and a bright smile.

Dr. Ragle

Dr. Ragle graduated from St. George’s University in 2015 and has since focused her career on internal medicine, dermatology, and soft tissue surgery. A Certified Veterinary Dental Practitioner, she has a special passion for dentistry and is dedicated to keeping her patients healthy, comfortable, and pain-free. She values building strong relationships with clients and creating personalized, affordable treatment plans for every pet.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Ragle is a devoted Carolina Hurricanes fan and enjoys traveling, spending time by the lake or beach, and being with her two dogs, Betsy the Newfoundland and Hattie the Bernese Mountain Dog.

Dr. Francis

Dr. Francis began her veterinary journey at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2016 and completed her clinical training at Ohio State University in 2019. She started her career in private practice in her hometown of Wintersville, Ohio, before moving to North Carolina in 2023 to join Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital.

With over five years of experience, Dr. Francis has a special interest in senior pet care, dentistry, and preventative wellness. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care while staying current on the latest advancements in veterinary medicine.

Outside of work, Dr. Francis enjoys traveling with her husband, two dogs, and a cat, as well as staying active through Zumba and Beat Boxing fitness.

Dr. Norris

Dr. Norris grew up in Midland, NC, and went on to earn three Bachelor of Science degrees in Animal Science, Biology, and History, as well as a Master’s in Animal Science from North Carolina State University. He later received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University in 2017. He began his career in mixed animal practice, gaining valuable experience in both medicine and surgery across multiple species.

Outside of work, Dr. Norris enjoys playing and teaching music, serving as Director of Fusion Percussion. He also loves traveling with his wife, Tara, and their two children, Rosalee and Oliver. An avid reader, he especially enjoys presidential biographies. Dr. Norris is excited to be part of the Fairview Veterinary Clinic team.

Dr. Gray

Dr. Gray grew up on her family’s horse farm in southern Durham, NC, and earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from NC State University. After graduation, she completed an internship in equine medicine and surgery at Mississippi State University before moving to Stanly County in 2017. She began her career in mixed animal practice but soon discovered her passion for small animal medicine and surgery, where she has focused ever since.

Outside of work, Dr. Gray enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and extended family. At home, she cares for her “retirement” farm of aging horses along with a miniature donkey, dogs, cats, and chickens.

Dr. May

Dr. May grew up on her family’s farm in Kentucky, where her love of animals first took root. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University in 2003, after completing her undergraduate studies at Morehead State University. She finds fulfillment in building lasting relationships with clients and their pets and thrives in collaborative, supportive environments.

Outside of work, Dr. May enjoys tending her pollinator garden, raising Monarch caterpillars, birdwatching, growing vegetables, and baking. She shares her home with Ms. Whiskers, her spunky tailless calico cat.

Dr. Jordan

Dr. Jordan has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 40 years and has owned and operated several hospitals, helping modernize care to better serve their communities. His passion for surgery led him to pursue advanced training in orthopedic and soft tissue techniques, and he has since performed more than 4,000 orthopedic procedures.

Dedicated to delivering high-quality care, Dr. Jordan combines decades of experience with a commitment to innovation and education. He continues to provide both colleagues and pet owners with trusted guidance on surgical options and outcomes.

Dr. Haywood

Dr. Haywood’s passion for veterinary medicine began on her family farm and led her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from NC State University, followed by her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the NCSU College of Veterinary Medicine. After three years in Randolph County, she found her professional home in Montgomery County, where she has been serving pets and families at Montgomery Animal Clinic for over 30 years. She has special interests in dermatology and surgery and is known for her compassionate, dedicated care.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Haywood enjoys traveling and staying active through fitness. She is proud of her daughter, Addie, who is pursuing graduate studies, and she shares her home with her dog, Kona.
